Heart
The heart is the hardest working muscle in the body, enabling the flow of blood to and from all parts of the body.
Focus: Connecting with the body's rhythm, reducing stress, and promoting emotional well-being.
Place your hands gently over your heart. Feel its shape, its warmth, and the areas at the front, back, and sides. Notice any movement or sound.
With your hands still over your heart, let your upper body move in response to the rhythm of your heartbeat. Is the rhythm slow or fast? Are the movements big or small, gentle or strong?
Now, release your hands and arms. Allow them to become an extension of your heart. Continue to follow the rhythm and flow of your heart as you move.
If there are others nearby, can your heart's rhythm connect with theirs?
When you're ready to finish, bring your hands back to your heart, gently closing the movement.
